Bagalya Jane “Bud” Wheeler, 78 of New Blaine, Arkansas passed away on Monday, January 9, 2017 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on June 24, 1938 in Paris, Arkansas to her parents, Robert Dallas and Luevirt Francis (Lucas) Ewing. She formerly worked as the bookkeeper of Wheeler’s Service Station Equipment Company and was a member of Prairie View United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Dallas and Luevirt Francis (Lucas) Ewing; her husband, Raymond Leon Wheeler; one sister, Wiladeen Dorrough; two brothers, Randall Ewing and Herbert Ewing and one grandson, Danny Ray Wheeler Jr..
She is survived by her daughter, Debra Pack of Paris; her son, Danny Wheeler of New Blaine; two sisters, Susie Hixson of Fairfax, Virginia and Robbie Ewing Weber of Dallas, Texas and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris officiated by Rev. David Weber. Burial will follow in Wares Chapel Cemetery in Dublin under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be John Whitton, JaColby Pack, Ryan Wheeler, Jim Lovelace, James Jackson, Troy Fondren and Sonny Davis.
