My father-in-law, Jim Stanley, and his wife, Kathy Stanley, opened their hearts to me nearly fifteen years ago. I did not think of them as in laws, but as regular family. Both were very generous and positive people the whole time I knew them. Kathy passed away in 2011, and I spent the last moments of Jim's life with him two days ago. I loved them very much, just as they loved me. We are grateful there is no more suffering for either of them, and they now rest in peace together...
One of the most positive energy filled, witty and charming men i have ever had the honor of knowing. I will keep you in my heart forever, Jim. So sad that you are gone. <3
We loved Jimmy and will miss him. Maye he rest in peace. I know he is with Kathy again. Prayers for those left behind, but they will see him again.
I couldn't have asked for a better grandfather. He taught me what it meant to care for and provide for your family and to put the needs of others first. He will be missed very much. I am thankful for all the time we got to spend together and for the memories we made that I'll have with me for a lifetime.
I absolutely loved Jim Stanley the very moment I met him.
He was such a sweet man with a giving heart. I am very blessed to have been apart of his life & his family.
He was an amazing grandfather to my husband Chad Jones & a even more amazing great grandfather to my children.
He will be missed greatly. Rest In Peace Jim.
