Said he remembers Bill taking him and Jeff fishing when they were just little bitty boys...he apparenrly was a very kind and fun living guy who will surely be missed...prayers to the entire family for comfort and peace...
My prayers an love go out to the family of Bill Watts his passing is hard such a u happy man but God needed another angel. When his cousin Ricky Moffet and i first married Billy n his then wife Kathy gave me a yellow recliner chair that swiveled he would laugh n say that fits you for sure his smile was contagious n he will surely be missed but take heart for you will see him again!
â—¦ We have all been blessed for years now having you here on Earth to bring joy to so many of our hearts. I'll never forget the day I met you Bill. Anyone can be a Dad, but it takes a real man to be a Father to a child that isn't yours. From the first day I met you, I knew there was something about you that stood out, but I had no idea that you'd become the man I call Father. You stood by my side no matter what, and I couldn't of been blessed with anyone better. I am sad today that I'll have to wait to see you again... But I'm so happy the good Lord took you from your pain. God knows you suffered long enough. Now it's time for you to join those you've lost and remind them what it's like to know Bill Watts. The man who could make anyone smile. The man who loved many, and is loved by so many more. Thank you for being my Father. I love you.
