Kenneth Franklin Woods, 71 of Dardanelle, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2015 in Dardanelle. He was born on May 14, 1944 in Russellville, Arkansas to his parents Franklin and Faye (Reed) Woods. He was a retired construction worker and heavy equipment operator.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Faye (Reed) Woods.
He is survived by his daughter, Carrie Murchison of Russellville, Arkansas; two sons, Derek Woods of Delaware, Arkansas and Chad Woods of Mount Vernon, Texas; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will hold a private committal service at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
