Lilly Jo Graddy

Mrs. Lilly Jo Graddy, 91, departed this life in the early morning hours of November 24. She was surrounded by her loving family.

She was born to Thomas Lowell and Clella Branum on December 19, 1917. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Gerald Carson Graddy.

She is survived by her sons, Thomas Herald Graddy (Jane) and Gerald Lynn Graddy (Teresa); a granddaughter, Stephanie Young (Devilon); and two great-grandchildren, Jackson and Ava Grace. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Geraldine Mardis, Johnnie Branum, Kenneth Branum, Lorene Edwards all of Harrisburg, AR, Hazel Lumpkin of Atlanta, GA and Gloria Greeno of Weiner, AR. She was preceded in death by her sisters Bertha Redmann and Jeanette Wolfe.

Lilly was a long time resident of the Malesus Community of Jackson, TN and a member of Malesus United Methodist Church. Lilly devoted her life to rearing her children, was a homemaker and church choir member. She was a gentle loving person and will be missed.

Services will be Friday, November 27 at 2:00 p.m. at the Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home in Weiner, AR. The family will receive visitors from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Harrisburg Memorial Park in Harrisburg.
