Jack Mills, age 67, of Harrison, died Monday, November 23, 2009, at his daughter's home in Zinc, Arkansas. He was born September 22, 1942, in Pindall, Arkansas, the son of Jack and Zora (Gary) Mills. Mr. Mills was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Vickie Cowles; a brother, Haskell Mills; and a sister, Clara Hawkins. He was a life resident of Arkansas and a resident of Harrison for fifty nine years.

Jack Mills is survived by his daughter, Jackie George; his step-son, Terry Jarrett; his step-daughter, Lisa Calahan; his sisters, Wilma Glasgow of Harrison, Norma Munday of Western Grove, Josie Fahnholz of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Betty Faddis of Bellefonte and JoAnn Campbell of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Jack is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of other family and friends.

Cremation under the direction of Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

A private memorial service is planned by the family at a later date.
