Christine Underwood, 83, of Nimrod, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 21, 2009. She was born on April 25, 1926 in Rose Bud, Arkansas, to the late Robert W. and Lilly Adcock Rushin.

She is survived by her husband, R.E. Underwood of Nimrod, Arkansas.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Nimrod Cemetery. Arrangements are with Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, (501)224-8300.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Nimrod Cemetery Fund.
