Carl Hayden

Carl Hayden, 55, of Lake Village, died Thursday, November 19, 2009 in Little Rock.
He was born in Batesville on June 19, 1954 and was the son of Ernest Melvin and Nora Ann (Miller) Hayden.
Carl was the retired chairman of Chicot County Extension Office, a job that he thoroughly enjoyed. He was a member of the First Baptist Church at Lake Village. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his son, Chad Hayden of Lake Village; his parents, Ernest and Nora Hayden of Melbourne; and two brothers: Greg Hayden of Nashville, Tennessee and Robert Hayden of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the First Baptist Church in Melbourne officiated by Bro. Rick Burk.
Burial will follow the services at Melbourne Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Melbourne.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Bishop Funeral Home, 1831 Hwy. 65 & 82 South, Lake Village, Arkansas.
