Naomi Frances Shoemaker, age 97, died Nov.7. She was the wife of the late Gath Noland Shoemaker, with whom she owned and operated a cattle and poultry farm in Conway, AR, for many years. She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Conway. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents Benjamin F. and Olivia Richard, a sister Mable Kessler, two brothers, Gordon Richard and Frank Richard, Jr., two stepsons Stephen Bruce Shoemaker, and H. Holden Shoemaker.
She is survived by two sisters, Margaret Brown of North Little Rock, AR and Wilma Bearden of Cabot, AR, a step daughter-in-law, Anna Shoemaker of Bryant, AR, three step grandchildren, Kirk Orth, of Omaha, NB, Holden Lynn Shoemaker of Bryant, AR, and Terry Noland Shoemaker of Sherwood, AR, and ten step-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway.
