Ferrol C. Gaither, 82, of Conway, passed away Friday, November 6, 2009.

He was born August 3, 1927, in Quitman, to the late Ira and Murthy
Gaither. He was also preceded in death by a son, Bruce Gaither.

He retired from Arkansas Best Freight (ABF) after 22 years as a truck driver. He was an Army veteran of WWII and a member of Robinson and Center Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Carmel Gaither; two sons, Keith Gaither of Conway and Gary Gaither of San Antonio, TX; one brother, Raymond Gaither of Kingman, AZ; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Robinson and Center Church of Christ, Billy Blakney and Steve Norris officiating. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.

Visitation is Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
