Estelle Doss Porter

Our beloved mother, Estelle Doss Porter, 91, left this earth to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 4, 2009. She was born on Monday, December 31, 1917, in Bethlehem, Arkansas to Daniel and Bell Gould. She was a beautiful housewife, loved by all, and attended worship at the Clarksville Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Idus Doss, her husband, Joe Porter, four sisters, five brothers, and one granddaughter.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Earlene and Clarence Domerese of Van Buren, Arkansas; her son and daughter-in-law, Don and Betsy Doss of Van Buren, Arkansas; her stepson, Alvin Porter of Seymour, Tennessee; six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and nine great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from noon to 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 6, 2009. There will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 6, 2009, at the Coal Hill Cemetery with John Ballard officiating.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
