Timothy Carl ''Timmy'' Black, 41, of Lexa passed away Thursday, May 10, 2007 in Helena. Timmy was born September 25, 1965 in Little Rock to Carl Cecil Black and Bessie Mae Mallard Wooten.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Carol Wheeler Black; his father, Carl Cecil Black of Little Rock; his mother, Bessie Mae Mallard Wooten of Lexa; daughters, Angela Beth Williams and husband, Ray of West Helena, Stacie Michelle Black of Lexa, and Lindsay Rae Black of Lexa; a sister, Pamela Johnston and husband, Randy of Helena; a brother, Michael Black and wife, Sabrina of Dunkin, MS.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Cecil Wooten; his maternal grandparents, Roy and Sadie Mallard; his paternal grandparents, T.O. and Lillian Melton.
Graveside services for Timmy Black will be held Saturday, May 12, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Central Cemetery in Lexa. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6-9 p.m. at Roller-Citizens.
Pallbearers are Jason Slane, Gary Wheeler, Andy Kelley, Ray Williams, Norman Rowan, David Wilson, Carl Ray Drennon, and Mike Black.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Cemetery of Lexa.
