Mike I still miss you man. You were our only uncle but I can't imagine a better one. As time has passed fir some reason I think of how much id.love to see you and my mammaw again. You're vibe was always fun and entertaining. I take that with me in my adult life and believe it or not, I miss you often and think about back in tha day. It warms my heart and soul to remember mammaws house and you there but also you wherever. See you on the other side Uncle Mike...
Mike, there is not a day that goes by that we don't think of you. I always thought of you as my second dad. You were always there for us. And now you still are, by sitting with God and watching over us. Lenzie still runs in the house picks up the phone to call you with something exciting to tell you. It breaks my heart. I lean on God everyday, when in those times she needs comfort. We know that one day we will see you again! I know you see her growing up. The love and understanding you showed her, she now is showing others through Christ. Be proud. We miss you! See you in that BIG mansion.
Our deepest sympathies go out to the Bevans family. I had the privelage to work with Mike at Sears for so many years and he will be greatly missed. God Bless Steve and Rhonda.
My thoughts are with the family at such a grieving time. Bevo had many friends, he love car racing and loved to ride those motorcycles. A lover of life he was. My prayers are with you.
Mike was a high school classmate and our prayers and sympathy to the Bevans family who we hope may find some comfort in these verses. 2Cor 5:6-8 Eccl 12:6-7
You will be missed. Love, Courtney
I met Mike when I was a teenager. Growing up I always wanted to be a Firefighter. I listened to the NLRFD on my scanner and would always hear his distinctive voice on the radio every third day. I eventually met the "voice" and took a liking to him. I wanted to be a NLR Firefighter but Little Rock hired me first where I served 28 years before retiring. During my 36 years total in the fire serivce I saw Bevo often during visits to fire stations and other gatherings. I always admired Bevo because he was a friendly person and always showed kindness. I was moved spiritually at the funeral knowing that Mike was saved and now spending eternity in Heaven. Brother Paul, Chief McCall, and the Chaplain had Bevo pegged. He was truly a great man and will be sorely missed by us all.
TO THE FAMILY OF MIKE "BEVO" BEVANS I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER BEVO BECAUSE EVERY MORNING WHEN I CAME IN TO STATION # 7 TO LET HIM GO HOME HE WOULD ALWAYS SAY MORNING KID NOTHING HAPPENED YESTERDAY AND I HOPE NOTHING HAPPENS FOR YOU TODAY I WILL MISS HIM YOU HAVE MY SYMPATHY AND MAY GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY

The time spent with you and Jim Keathley are the some of the best and remembered memorable of my life. The laughs we had together are to many to ever try to recall. The only thing we take with us when we leave this world are the things we do for others and you got a load.
My prayers are with you and the family as you deal with the death of Mike. We were classmates at Hall High many year ago. I remember his love of life. God Bless you all.
May you rest in peace.
To the Bevan's family: We're so sorry for the losses you have experienced this week. To Bevo: It's hard to be serious even at a time like this, because you always turned every bad thing in your life into humor. I wished I could hear what you would have to say about this, however I think I know.
We will miss you
