Mary Ann Hill Mott, of Little Rock, passed away June 14, 2014 after suffering for years with Alzheimer's. She was 91 years old, born August 22, 1922 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of D.B. and Anna Hill. She was the loving and devoted wife of Charles B. Mott Jr. for 62 years.
Ann, as she was known, is survived by her husband Charles and by her four children, Becky Farrow and husband Jackson, Debbie Mickel, Charles Mott III and wife Anne, David Mott and wife Tracy, nine grandchildren, one great grandson, a sister, Sarah Jane Cooper and husband Ed, and a brother, Charles W. Ann was predeceased by an older brother, D.B. Hill Jr. and her son-in-law, Delbert Mickel.
After graduating from Little Rock High School, Ann attended Mary Baldwin for two years, transferred and graduated from the University of Texas. She was a lifelong active member of 2nd Presbyterian Church serving as a Deacon, an Elder, and participated in the work of various ministries over the years. We will always cherish our memories of the loving wife, sister, mother, and grandmother we lost years ago to the cruel disease that robbed all of us the joy of being together in her twilight years.

My thoughts and prayers are with The Mott Family.

Becky and Mott Family
Very sorry to hear of Mrs Mott's passing. May all the memories you have get you through the coming days and know she is rejoicing in heaven.

My thoughts and condolences for all of you. She was a wonderful lady and I will always remember her.

Charlie, Anne, and family,
I was so sorry to read about the death of your Mom. Although we prepare ourselves, we never can believe it when the time comes. I lost Mom in December, and her beloved Mike 2 weeks ago, both suffered from Alzheimer's, but both together again at last. I will keep the Mott family in my prayers.

Becky and Debbie, my thoughts are with you. I pray that your can find comfort in your faith and your many memories of your precious Momma.

Dear Charles and family, Ann was such an encourager. She made me feel at home in LR many times when I was in cross-culture shock from having been out of the USA for so long. I do not know how many years she prayed for me, but she continued even after Shirley's prayer group disbanded. The last time I visited with her the Alzheimer's was incipient. I am sorry that I cannot be there with you to celebrate her life and her new life with her heavenly father. Perhaps when I come back sometime, we can converse on the phone or meet and relive some of our precious memories. She was short in height, but tall in service and love.
