What a blessing his ministry has been to our family. His daughter Annette also a blessing. She flew herself to Miami, Florida for a meeting. My aunt Ruth followed her teaching and her father's. She met Annette at the general aviation airport Tamiami Airport and I even lent her my new car for the weekend. We will always cherish their ministry.

We watched them both for years on TV. I also followed him by radio in Tulsa, OK many years. God bless this family.

What a blessing and blessed man of God. I was so honored to have 1st meeting Charles Capps in the early 70's when I was a Chaplain assistant in the US Army. Was invited to a Bible study where at the end of the service was able to ask questions and speak to Charles. This helped change the way I thought and walked. I can say that looking into Charles Capps eyes while conversing, was like looking into the eyes of Jesus, so full of His love.

I reached for my iPhone and pulled up Charles Capps ministries. Capps it's been such a blessing to reflect upon the wisdom he gave others and the humor he wove into his stories and teachings. I was listening to a YouTube video recently by Pastor Bill Winston and he said when he first got saved he was so blessed to listen to Brother Capps teaching. Our lives truly do touch so many other lives we just always realize it. I have purchased some of his books and gave them out to others and they so enjoyed them. A few weeks ago, I listened to Kenneth Hagin Seminar on Youtube on Faith. I was very impressed with the message, one of the most important ones I have ever heard. Then, I found out that I had really listened to Charles Capps, thinking it was Kenneth Hagin. I fell in love with Charles Capps teaching immediately buying as much media as I could. He teaches faith to the public deeper than Kenneth Hagin did.

I am very sorry not to have met Charles Capps when he was still alive. His messages could have really changed me earlier in life had I given him a chance back then.

Hello Sister Annette and your family! I knew your father passed in 2014 from the Believers Voice of Victory magazine (KCM Ministries, as you well know!) I am in my bed at 3:05 a.m. central time and was reading "Releasing The Ability Of God Through Prayer" by your father! I want to encourage you Annette to stay strong in the Lord and never make a move until you KNOW it's God!! I pray that more than enough finances come in for the Ministry monthly!! I was stuck on what Jesus mean't when he said in matthew ch12:31 regarding the blasphemy of the holy ghost not being forgiven of me.Well brother Capps explained what Jesus mean't so clearly and accurately that I couldn't get enough of his incredible simple style of being teaching. Oddly enough....
I don't recall who or where or when I was given a copy of "God's creative power for healing."

It was likely my Christian mother, YEARS ago. To make long, short- I put the little book in my "beater with a heater" 4x4 adventure vehicle.

After years of it sitting I recently worked to make that vehicle driveable again. The little book, covered with dust and dirt- formerly mud, from tagging along in past adventures in the 4x4 has now been received in my heart and implemented into my life.

I'm so grateful. Glory to the Lord for mighty warriors past, still ministering to the living.

In memory of Charles Emmitt Capps.
May I have the privilege of paying my condolences to Peggy and Annette Capps for sharing your husband and father with us. I was introduced to Charles Capps in 1988 along with Kenneth E Hagin and Kenneth Copeland. The easiest teaching along with Kenneth E Hagin has been my God's Creative Power For Healing book and CD's My wife and I sleep with the Charles Capps CD playing next to our bed every night. Many times I find my self quoting the confessions with Charles. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God Romans 10:17 and folks when you get that CD grounded down in your heart it makes it very difficult for sickness to find a way in. Plus we give away the little books to people when we have the opportunity to pray with them. Charles Capps has certainly been a great asset in our lives and continues to be with the legacy he has left behind. The reason for my being late is I just found the obituary page was still on line. When I was sick with Stage 4 cancer , I would read Gods
creative healing book and I would just read and confess, until my mind was at ease and my spirit was at rest. I believe that Charles was the best in the world at watching over his words on a daily basis and actually saw him correct Brother Copeland on TV during a session by saying to Brother Copeland No brother Copeland, I cannot agree with that comment, to which Brother Copeland responded, you are right Charles.

I learned so much from his radio program and television telecast. Mr. Capps was a amazingly gifted bible teacher. I am so thankful that he will continue on the air,

i am so bummed to hear Mr.Capps past on.
for once the Lord has shown me someone that actually knows how to speak our language of the Holy Spirit. Everyone i have listened to ; adrian rogers, derek prince, kenneth hagin, have all past on. excellant teachers. yet i ran across Mr.Capps name on youtube and was hooked from day one giving praise to our Father God....finually someone out there speaks how i think...and can explain every ounce of how our savior is Awesome by literally speaking : sowing what we reap. Mr.Capps is and was so detailed to explaining our Father that he makes your relationship with our Father a piece a cake. i am grateful and thankful to know that God has put him in my life and in my house for me to pass on such history of a well knowledged man. i wish growing up i had him in my life. i know for a fact i would of been a completely different person. So my regards sincerly to his wife and two daughters.

Praying for the Capps family. In 1978 I received a small book "GOD'S CREATIVE POWER WILL WORK FOR YOU" I needed $75.00 more for my rent. Someone place this little powerful book in my mail box with the exact amount I needed. This book impacted my life, changed me from speaking wrong and taking what the Word of God said was mine. I still have that book, I carry it with me everywhere and have bought many to share with the Body of Christ. I'm grateful to God that I met this man of God through the written word. God's Word will strengthen the Capps family. Blessings

My wife and I are rejoicing with you and your family in Minister Capps' Homegoing. He will be missed in this world but he left a great legacy that will live on forever. Even though we never had the pleasure of meeting him in person, we felt like we knew him thorough the books we read written by him and his radio ministry. Charles Capps was one of my favorite Word of Faith ministers along with Kenneth E. Hagin. I had the opportunity of being in some of his meetings in Anaheim, CA back in the 1970's & 1980's. When I first found out about Charles Capps he was speaking about Success Motivation Through The Word. I have listened to these tapes many times. The Tongue A Creative Force was also instrumental in my live as well as God's Creative Power will work for you. I have a whole library of his books and tapes that have blessed me and others. We were all blessed by knowing Charles Capps. I am so thankful for him.

God bless the Capps Family. I have many of Mr. Capps's books. When ever he was on TV I always watched. He was truly blessed by God with a down home way of teaching. He has taught me to speak God word over any situatiion. Do not pray the problem, what does God's word say. I have been planting seeds by blessing my family members with his book. My husbands fily are all farmers in southwest Arjansas outside of Stuttgart and Bro Capps understanding of farming made him all the more believable and attractive to us. We attended Happy Caldwell's church in LR and I believe that is where we heard him speak-- we were hooked and over the years bought books, tapes, and watched his TT program. He blessed us over and over again. I'm sure my mom who went to be with The Lord in 1999 was among those to greet him as she also loved his faith teaching .

Peggy, Annette, Beverly & families ~ Our family felt so blessed to know all the Capps and their families beginning back in the late 50's. They were all magnificent with a faith that was like none other - so inspirational! Charles kept in touch with us and we cherished his friendship for over 50 years. We met Charles and Peggy about 40 years ago in Atlanta at a Full Gospel Convention. His teaching on the WORD of God changed and blessed our lives. We got all his cassette tapes and books back in the 80's and when he was in GA SC AL we would try to see them Our children thought that everyone spent their vacation going to a Charles Capps meeting. Every area of our life has been challenged and blessed with the victory because of Faith in God's word, The blood and work of Jesus on the cross, his death and resurrection his righteousness his Holy Spirit that was given to all believers. Mr. Charles Capps helped to Awakened many to the love, mercy and goodness of our Lord Jesus Christ. We have loved Charles and Peggy all these years from afar. We have loved giving to this ministry because of its integrity. We remember Peggy being sick but defeating it . GLORY to God for their life and ministry. Love this family.

So thankful for the precious seed that he sowed over the years. My most memorable statement from a book of his is: As I was teaching from this text, Jesus said to me, "I have told my people they can have WHAT THEY SAY, but they are SAYING WHAT THEY HAVE."

I had the great pleasure to work for the Capps Ministry for over 6 years. Charles and Peggy and the entire staff became a second family to me. The Word spoken through these wonderful people changed and continue to change my life. Ms. Peggy and the entire family are in my prayers. Charles is in a beautiful place. Until we meet again...
