Darci Mandissa Ann Looney, 19, of Mountain View, Arkansas, entered into rest on Saturday October 30, 2010 in Russellville, Arkansas. Darci was born November 30, 1990 in Batesville, Arkansas to her father Robert D. Looney and her mother Tina Cates. She was a member of Foothills Baptist Church. She graduated from Mountain View High School in 2009 and was a student at Ozarka College in Mountain View. Darci was a wonderful, loving, caring daughter, granddaughter and very good friend to many.
She is survived by her mother, Tina Cates Looney of Mtn. View, her father, Robert Dwight Looney of Mtn. View, grandparents, David and Betty Ann Cates of Mtn. View, great-grandfather, Doyle Cates of Mtn. View, great-grandmother Kathleen Partee of Mtn. View, half brother, Clayton Looney, half sister, Shannon, uncle and aunt, Corey and Rachel Cates, cousins, Bradley Cates and McKenzie Paris, several other loving family members and many close friends.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, J. O. and Grace Looney and great grandmother, Maxine Cates.
Visitation will be from 6 8 PM Monday November 1, 2010 at Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mtn. View; AR. Funeral will be 10 AM Tuesday November 2, 2010 at Foothills Baptist Church in Mtn. View with Bro. Bryan Wilkie officiating. Pallbearers will be Ethan McClung, Garrett Archer, Casey Seay, Hunter Woods, Graig Parsons and Tanner Parsons. Honorary pallbearers will be Bradley Cates and Mitch Archer. Burial will be in Flatwoods Cemetery.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of arrangements.
