of Shirley, AR
October 14, 1998 - October 13, 2009
Jessica Mae Easley was granted her angel wings on October 13, 2009. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends who Jessica had touched in some way throughout her incredible and memorable life.
Jessica's life would seem too short for many, but those who knew her understood that quality far exceeded quantity of existence. Her gentle smile, giving nature, and robust energy brought much joy to everyone she met; she never met a stranger. Jessica was always happy despite her struggles and pain, and each day was an adventure in discovery.
While she battled cancer, she remained courageous and brave, gave us hope and reminded us how precious life truly is. She found joy, love, and laughter in every waking moment and was quick to share her exuberance for life with others. She was an unselfish child who gave freely of all she had, material or spiritual. She had a great love for all God's creations, with a particular fondness for animals of all kinds. She loved planting flowers and tending her garden. Jessica loved the great outdoors; camping, hunting and fishing. She enjoyed softball, basketball, and her favorite was swimming. Jessica could spend all day playing croquet in the yard; or hours with her beloved pets, dog Leeroy and horse Twister. She especially enjoyed music and quality time with friends and family. She remained faithful and praised God, for each day was a blessing. Jessica will be greatly missed as she is loved by many.
She is survived by her parents, Teresa Biggs Radke and Daniel Moore of Shirley, Ark.; one sister, Katie Treuter of Shirley, Ark.; a brother, Mike Radke of Luck, Wisconsin; grandfather, Allen Biggs; grandmother, Pamela McAnally; aunts and uncles, Tim and Sherry Biggs, Tracy and Dennis Bracey; cousins, Neana Riedy, Stevie Beyers, Nicky Beyers and Reece Bracey and a host of loving relatives and close friends as well as a very large extended family.
Visitation is 4 8 p.m., Thursday, October 15, 2009 at Roller Coffman Chapel, Mtn. View.
Funeral service is 4 p.m., Friday, October 16, 2009 at Flatwoods Missionary Baptist Church, Mtn. View with Chaplin John Powers officiating and speaker, Paul Parsons.
Honorary pallbearers are Michael Sweeney, Allen Biggs, Bruce Lasater, Timothy Biggs, Buddy Trammell, Michael Radke, Thomas Tyson and Dennis Bracey.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home, Mtn. View is in charge of the arrangements.
So sorry for your loss beautiful young lady hope you’re having fun in heaven with my friends and family members that have passed away
Hi there Jessica. I have never met you personally but you are in my heart and thoughts often. You see, you have helped me and my dtr. in a very special way. My husband was stricken with Cancer also. And my neighbor told me of this special girl who wanted her pups to go to a special family, where there may be sadness and a little bit of hopelessness. Well, you found us. All the way to Massachusetts. We were given the notice that we would be receiving a little puupy. My husband was SOO looking forward to meeting her. Sadly, Rick passed away approx. 10 days before she arrived. I'm sure you have met each other. Ricky was so kind and loving to all children. So as you and Rick have your wings, please be assured you have sent April and I our own little Angel, Sparkles. We named her that because of the Sparkle she has brought to our hearts. We miss our own Angel, Rick, as I'm sure your Mom and Dad miss you,But we will ALL meet in time. Untill then God Bless. And a note to both you and Rick...... PLEASE stop Sparkles from chewing!!!!!LOL
Lovingly Patty and April MAy
My son, Colt, attended camp aldersgate with Jessica. He was very upset to hear of her passing. However, we know that she is in a better place now and in no pain. I know Colt will miss spending time with you at camp this next year, but he will always remember the memories you shared.

I have never met Jessica or your family but have been following her story for months on your Caringbridge site. My 2 1/2 year-old granddaughter was born with a rare brain cancer and continues to fight as Jessica did every day to beat the odds. You are an incredible family and I feel as though I knew Jessica through your wonderful stories. My thoughts and prayers are with you as well as my tears for your loss. Thank you for sharing the music and details of the service. What an inspiration. May the Lord wrap His arms around you and bring you peace and comfort in the coming days and months.
Jessica will be with me forever. As I grow up I hope she shares the fun with us her friends. Watchs over us from heaven. I blew her a kiss today. Not a good bye kiss a see you later kiss. Cause I will see her again in heaven.
Love you Jess. and love for you her family!
Ride free!

I know that God will comfort your family because that is what I know you asked him to do. You have touched my life in a special way even though I did not know you personally. Someday, I shall have the privilege to meet you in heaven. Farewell for now sweet girl.
When God saw that Jessica was getting tired
And a Cure was not to be
He Softly whispered to her, Jessica,
come and Go with me
And when we saw that Jessican was Sleeping
and resting from her pain
We could not ask her to come back
and suffer once again
God be with the family, know that you are all loved..Jessica is pain free, no more suffering , some Glorious morning you will see her once again...My love to you all
It was an honor to pray with you for sweet Jessica. Your family will be in our prayers in the days to come as you grieve her loss here on earth. Praying you will be comforted until you are reunited with her in Heaven.
The Roberts Family
Dear Theresa and family, our thought and prayers are with you. I knew Jessica from New Horizons Day Care I started to work there in 2002 and i remember her she was a very sweet little girl. I was a teacher in the baby room and she would come in my room and visit with the babys. I remember when she started having leg cramps alot and you took her to the doctor and they thought she was just having growing pains. She was always a happy little girl, she was very courageous thru all of this. I know that she is now in Heaven and pain free running around and visiting with everyone. we will keep you in our prayers.
To the Easley family, Though I know that you are going to miss your precious Jessica. We should be conforted in the fact that she is no longer in pain and that she is with God looking down on us. And from reading her stories on Caring Brirge, she probably looking down and tryng to tell all not to be sad, that shes in a much better place. And trying to reassure her momma bear that you will see each other soon. Though Jessicas fight is over, she and your family will forever be in my heart and prayers.
Sincerely, Sondra Bayles

I knew Jessi when she was just a little one starting out in Kindergarten. She rode the bus with Katie and Neana was one of my best friends, and still is. I loved both of those little girls to death. They were so cute and polite. Jessi was always the one to say hi to me first and give me a big hug whenever I got on the bus. She was a wonderful and courageous little girl and I will never forget her. She always put everyone before herself. I'm sorry for your loss and my prayers go out to you.
I did not have the pleasure of meeting Jessica or your family; howevevr, heard about Jessica via prayer request and began to follow her journey through Caring Bridge. My family and I have prayed for Jessica and your family and will continue to pray for your family throughout this difficult time. Please accept my condolences.
Although I never met Jessica, I have been truly blessed by following the caring bridge site of her journey. She has touched so many lives, and I know she had to be an awesome, awesome child of God. May God watch over your family, bless and comfort you in the days to come, and may your memories of Jessica always bring you joy and happiness. I know she will forever live on in the lives of all who knew her and those, like myself, who didn't actually know her but have followed her journey.

I've watched Jessica's journey online. I admire her faith and her parents' faith. She was an inspiration to us all. I know it is such a comfort to know that she is now pain free and happy, running on streets of gold in the presence of our holy God. You are in my prayers.
Never had the blessing of meeting Jessica, but she touched my life everyday. Followed her progress by Rev. Post and our prayer group. Thank you so much Teresa for sharing Jessica's life story with us all. Will keep you all close to my heart and in prayer. My God grant you peace and understanding.
We've never met but I feel I know you because of your willingness to share Jessica's spirit and journey with us through CB. I was sent to your journal by the Mom of my little 4 yr old cousin who is on CB and dealing with leukemia. Your journal entries have touched my heart and life and changed me in ways that only the days ahead will show. I am walking through the "shadow of death" with my mother and your courage, strength, and most of all your faith in God, has flowed into me. i can only imagine how hard it must be to lose a child. Thank you for sharing Jessica with all of us. Jessica your life and spirit is incredible and inspiring. Your earthly world is forever changed because of the life you lived. I can just see you running and "riding" on the streets of heaven with Jesus running and riding right beside you.
My heart and prayers are with you all as you now journey through the cycle of grief. May the prayers of so many give you courage, strength and comfort.

A member of my church (Deanna Wrinkle) requested prayer for Jessica and introduced us to CaringBridge. To read about her each day was both a blessing and a heartbreak. What a testimony this wonderful little girl packed into such a short life! Can't you just hear Jesus say "Well done my good and faithful servant" as He welcomed her home?! God bless you, her family, with comfort and peace!

We rejoice with Jessica as she enters heaven's gates. What a party she must have already had...Sorry we did not make the visitation or funeral but knew that you would have so many close friends and relatives that we did not want to intrude on this special time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you....Must share that I thought about Jessica all day Wednesday as we were looking for a new baby girl to be born....EmmaLeigh Wyatt came to this earth at 11:30 p.m.....I will always remember Jessica on Emma's birthday....Jesus truly does love the children...
May God always bless you and your wonderful family. It has been an honor to follow you all on this journey.
I know of your story through CaringBridge, and am united with your family and loved ones both in the utter despair of Jessica's physical absence; and in the utter joy in knowing that she is pain-free, and has landed safely home.
The one truth I learned from my own experience is that the tears of pain will one day turn into tears of joy-filled remembrance. I will raise you in tender prayer until then.
In unity,
Ana

Praying for you all today as you take Jessica's "body" to her final earthly resting place. Oh, but what joy to know that she no longer resides in that old, sick body but received a new body with a heavenly crown earlier in the week. If you can only imagine that what joy it is.
May God bring a peace upon you all as you now begin a "new" journey.
In Christ,

Though I did not meet Jessica except through the careingbridge site I meet her in my soul. She was some beautiful girl with love in her heart for everyone. WHen I read what she did to prepair before she would earn her wings and that was making sure everyone and everything was was taken care of. I shared that with loads of my friends and it brought tears to our eyes because it showed us how we are to be while we are here on earth.. I know thta is a hugh celebration going on in heaven and God said to Jessica well done my child.
I too like many have followed Jessica's journey through CaringBridge. What a beautiful, strong, caring girl she was. For being so young Jessica had a spirit in her like no other. She was way beyond her years and Heaven has gained one more beautiful angel. Fly high Jessica!! You are loved by so many of us even if we never had the chance to meet. You have touched so many of our lives!! You will always remain in our hearts forever!
Jessica has been a source of inspiration for me even though we have never met. Her courage and spirit has been captured on her caringbridge site through her mother's emotional writings. I have felt mad, sad, glad and everything in between while reading Jessica's daily events.

Praying for you during this time. You know where Jessica is and she is far better off than us. Getting to see Jesus face to face and being whole again without pain, that is awesome.
Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with
all your family.
Your precious Jessica won her fight with cancer and is graciously running in heaven on "two" legs. Bless her heart and may she forever be an inspiration to other families going through the life with their child living with cancer.
Love,
Gabriella Tuono's Mother
Jessica, you always had a smile on your face during the week I got to know you at Camp Aldersgate. You were amazing and had a great love for life and for all. Also, you had a great sense of humor! Loved the moment during camp devo in which your cabin used it to remind us all to put sunscreen all over... especially on our heads! My prayers and hugs to your family right now. Mike
I followed Jessica's journey through CaringBridge. She was a very brave and courageous girl. She loved her family so very, very much. I pray that God grants her family and friends peace and comfort in the days ahead. Rest in Peace, ^^Jessica^^.
Sweet angel, fly high and run free!
Our prayers are with you and your family...
Love,
We never met but your Jessica touched my family. We've been praying and will continue to. God bless you all.
Sending love & prayers to all of you. I've been so blessed to know Jessica through her CB for only a short time, but it truly was quality time! I looked in on her a couple of times a day & updated my mom & aunt who also followed her story and have been praying for all of you. I will miss this greatly, but my heart is overflowing with joy with the knowledge that Jess is fully free of all pain & illness and having left "Elvis" behind, now hopping around Heaven on 2 good legs! They most certainly threw her such a huge bash for her 11th birthday!! :)
God bless you all & thank you for sharing your daughter with us!

Even though I am greatly saddened, I know Jessica is walking, rather is running in streets of gold. I will always remember Jessica's sweet smile and especially how brave she was thru all. I love you all and pray for your continued strength. May the Grace of our heavenly Father give you peace during this difficult time.
Always, Melinda and Chance
Although I never got the privilege of meeting your wonderful Jessica, I have followed her story on CB. She has shown so many of us what faith can do if we just let it. She was truly an amazing child, who loved strongly and fiercely, but with a gentleness that touched us all. She is now running and dancing, singing praises to the Glory of God. I believe that she is leading the other angels in songs for the praise of Jesus.
God bless you all. Your special Angel will be watching over you.
Jesica is with Jesus, Praise the Lord!! My thoughts & prayer are with your family. Please Jesus comfort & care for Jessica's loving family & give them peace.
I just wanted to say that I didn't know Jessica but I read her story on Caringbridge. She was a very strong willed little girl and was loved by many. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.

I did not know here in person, but I have been keeping up with Jessica's caringbridge website for quite a while now and I have also had the privilege of talking to her some on facebook chat! She has asked if she could add me to her prayer list at church! What an inspiration she was to me though I never met her in person. I am praying for you all Teresa, Dan, Katie, mike and the rest of the family. May the Lord give you comfort and strength like only He can!

I am so proud to have known Jessica. I can't wait till I get to meet her face to face.
Stay strong.
Dear Family...I met Jessica through the Caringbridge Website of a little girl at my church...Jessica immediately won my heart and she quickly became an inspiration to me. I am praying that God will be with each of you in a VERY special way. May His ever abiding love be evident as He comforts your hearts and fills you with the peace that only He can give. In Christian Love and Friendship...Becky Newton...Hebrews 13:5 I will never leave you or forsake you...
My heart goes out to you at this difficult time. May God give you the strength to bear this loss. Your family is in my prayers. God bless.
Oh Jessica....what an inspiration you are to all of us. Your story is amazing, and you have so many who love you so. Fly high sweet girl!

Jessica's Family,
Know that you all are in our prayers and will continue to be in the days, weeks and months ahead. Lean on GOD in your darkest hour as HE will always be there with you.
Your daughter/sister was one incredible young lady and will be missed by many.
Jessica and family, I have never met you all in person, but I know the horrible cancer marathon you all have been on from all the patients that I have journeyed with as an adult oncology nurse. I am also a camp nurse at Camp Quality Texas, the off-spring of a camp that you loved, CQ Arkansas, our parent camp! I know many of the dear folks that you loved and played with, and I learned from them how to have fun with children that have to walk the marathon of cancer that I had only known through my dearest adult patients.
YOU will never know how much I appreciated the opportunity to pray for you, Jess, and for your dear Mom who reached out to her internet family through Caring Bridges! She reached out to beg God to take your pain away. GOD has gathered you in HIS arms, and Jesus now has you in the joys only those IN HEAVEN can feel, NO MORE PAIN OR SORROW FOR YOU DARLING GIRL!!
I Know Teresa will keep your giving spirit alive and you will NEVER know how many lives you will touch through your caring heart-Teresa will make sure of that! YOU are forever a part of my life in my soul!
CANCER is the of the devils world, and YOU will never know of it again-NOW if we can just find the research dollars to give all humans that MERCY here on earth.!!! Please ask God to show us the way!! I do, every day with with every prayer!! A way to have the MONEY to find the cure, prevention and better treatments for cancer-
ESPECIALLY FOR THE VERY YOUNG!! AND THE VERY OLD!!
GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU ALL!!
Sincerly, Mardi Parmenter, LVN
I learned of Jessica through Caring Bridge about a month ago. I prayed for her daily. Although I never had the opportunity to meet Jessica, her legacy and story have touched me. I can't wait for the day when I do get to meet Jessica in heaven.
I will continue to keep your family in my prayers. God bless you and give peace and comfort beyond your understanding.
May the peace of god be with you you are all still in our prayers.
Jessica will fly with her wings and be there for others in her passing as she was there for them during her life. She has already made new friends and as my daughter told me before she passed..."every time you see a fish jump out of the water for no reason...it's because I was there letting you know I hear your prayers." Prayers for the family and gentle hugs for Katie who I know is taking this hard. Let me know if there is anything I can do.
Jessica Warrior Princess - Fly High Sweet Girl - You were a brave and special person. Thinking of and praying for Jessica's family in the days ahead. God Bless

Easley Family...
Jessica taught me so much over the past year. I'm glad I was able to leave her a thank you note in her CB guestbook before she went to heaven. You are all in my thoughts and prayers...with my deepest sympathies.
You have my deepest sympathy. My heart and prayers go out to your family. Jessica was such a special person and will be missed by many. God Bless.
I am sorry for your loss as I know God has a purpose as she touched many here on this earth.
My heart goes out to your entire family, no words that will make you fill better, because there are none. ^Jessica^ will be forever in your heart, you will talk of her with tears for awhile, then you will talk of her with smiles and laughter, you will have days that you think you're OK, then a song a word..just something...then you will break again! This will be a forever thing, the life of losing a child! I know ^Jessica made a beautiful angel with her wings spread wide as she flew off to Heaven to run and laugh and play, watch for the signs! She will come to you, she will let you know she is "OK" My heart breaks for all of you, to have had her for such a short time and then losing her is heart breaking, but can you imagine never having her at all! Be thankful that you had her and was able to love, live, laugh and cry with her here on earth and you'll see her again in a lil while! WE HAVE TO FIND A CURE!
^BJs^ mamaw forever

Run through the streets of Heaven and spread your wings, you beautiful and courageous young lady!! God bless you all, you have touched my life more than you can imagine. May God comfort you and give you strength.
I didn't have the honor of meeting Jessica personally, I've been following her CB page ever since I found it on the Cole's site. I can't tell you how much her strength has inspired me. Her faith was so strong and her love of life was awesome. This beautiful little girl is now running, pain free, in God's holy Kingdom. My heart and prayers go out to her family. May God strengthen and comfort you until the day you are all reunited.

I am amazed that you can have this affect on myself, as well as so many others, when we've never even met you personally ! Run, dance, ride, sing! Soar on Angel's wings! You are FREE! I love you!!!
Jessica you were truly full of life and had a beautiful free spirit. That is what I loved most about you. You had a huge impact on everyone's life around you and, I have said this before, I wish everyone had half of the energy and life you had. Where there was darkness you turned on a light within everyone. I'll always remember your passion and make my life better with what you taught. I'll miss you in our cabin at camp!
Praying for peace and comfort for you all - peace in knowing your precious daughter is healthy and whole and comfort in knowing she is with the Ultimate Physician, Jesus.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful daughter's story with complete strangers. She touched me in so many different ways. I will fight for a cure.

I miss her dearly, but she is now pain free and running with two legs. She showed me how to be strong and faithful. All my prayers go out to the rest of the family. Jessica was a bright, smart, happy, and strong girl, she will always be in my heart. I love you Jessica!
Jessica was truly an inspiration to the many who have been reading her journal. God does have a special place for her and I know she is smiling now as she looks down on us.
May God heal your hearts and you will find comfort in the few years you had with her. She was definiely a blessing to me.
Teresa, Dan, Katie. It has been such a blessing to follow Jessica's struggle for the past 2 years. I lovingly nicknamed her "Rambo" Only because some of the tings she did was something a 10 yr old girl would normally do. Jess touched my life in many, many ways.I cannot even begin to tell you how much. Here is my favorite scripture.
Psalms 127:3 says "Children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is His reward"
Thank you Jess (Rambo) you are one of the children who helped change my heart. May your rewards be many, may you sing and praise God forever, may you dance as the angels dance.
Until we meet.
Love You
Major
Thinking of you all and saying a prayer for comfort.
Jessica is a special girl. I was her AWANA leader when she was first diagnosised. She had a positive attitude then and she stayed strong through everything. Your family is in my prayers.
Just wanted to let you know I will be praying for your family.
Although we never met, I feel like I know your family and will greive with you. Jessica will be missed by many but never forgotten. Her spirit lives on through the people that she touched. God bless your family
I thank God every day for the time my family and I spent with you on the houseboat that evening. To see the unwavering faith and incredible strength you possessed, and the unconditional love and support from your family, was quite the eye-opener for me and my family. God has brought his fabulous instrument of testimony home. And there, you are safe, complete and free of pain. To the family: may God hold each of you in his arms and comfort you....and remind you that she is now watching over all of you and patiently waiting for your reunion.
My heart aches for Jessica's family, yet I know you will pull through. Although we have never met, we have followed you through caringbridge. My 6 year old son has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia so I share that cancer bond.
How I look foward to meeting Jessica in heaven and my God be with you all.
Lots of Love,
Sanya & Shawn Bowen
I have been following Jessica's journey through the Caring Bridge site for sometime now. I am amazed at her faith and her ability to be positive and happy throughout her amazing journey. She is a remarkable young lady and she has given so much to the many people who have been touched by her story. God most certainly has a special place for her with him.
God bless all of you as you find your way through your journey.
Jessica brought hope with her fighting spirit to so many people during her short time with us. She was brave beyond words. She touched young and old alike by being the "example" of how to live each day. We have followed you with prayers using the CB site and will continue to do so. May God let his peace surround you today and all the days to follow.

Jessica, thanks for being my hero and showing us how to live life to the fullest!
Teresa, Dan, Katie & Micheal: Now it's Jessica's time to watch over you and protect you. Can't help but quote some of the lyrics from this song.
***** ***** ***** ***** *****
In this sweet madness, oh this glorious sadness
That brings me to my knees
In the arms of an Angel(Jessica), far away from here(in heaven)
From this dark, cold hotel room, and the endlessness that you fear
You are pulled from the wreckage of your silent reverie
In the arms of an Angel; may you find some comfort here
(until we all meet up again, in Heaven).
Teresa-thanks for allowing us to experience a true Angel here on Earth, through Jessica's life!! LIke the song says, some how--may you find peace and comfort.

She'll guide you, and she'll certainly let you know when she disagrees - just as she always did. So, Mama Bear, remember, she's still there, ready to tell you when you're doing it wrong. Remember her sense of humor, because I'm sure she'll be using it to send you messages. I hope you find comfort knowing that your sweet Jessica is with you at all times. God Bless.

Thank you for sharing her with all of us so that we could have a glimpse of such a loving and special child. May God carry you and bless you all in all ways and may your family reunion in heaven start with a sparkling and smiling Jessica running towards you with two strong legs and arms that will hug you so tightly. You left so early sweet girl...but you have deserved the biggest angel wings. You will be truly missed. Do us all a favor and watch over your mom and dad, though you are fine, its going to be hard on them not having you around. Be sure to send them signs to let them know that you are never too far away...
I love the obit and the picture. I loved Jessica. I loved her strength, courage, love for others, her desire to bring God to others life. Heaven received an Awesome Angel. I will be praying for your family as you begin the journey without her. Although, I fully believe that she will be around a long time in spirit. Thanks for sharing Jessica with me.
Jessica, you are dancing with both legs up and down the streets of Heaven! You were the bravest and strongest girl I've ever heard of. Keep watch over your parents from above.
Jessica you are a true inspriration to everyoneYou had courage, strength, and a love for God. I am praying for your family to find the strength to go on for days to come. I know that you are whole and healthy again and please watch over you family. Fly high Jessica fly high!
Teresa .. I hope the poem I sent you a few weeks ago called A Mothers Love can give you some comfort during these next couple of days. You will be amazed at your strength as you help all those around you thru their grief. I still feel all of this from when I lost my daughter to cancer. My vision is your daughter in heaven meeting my daughter and all the other little angels. My heart aches for your pain ... but my heart joys for the peacefulness that is Jessica's now and forever. Hugs from Minnesota
Oh what a wonderful thing that Jessica has inspired so many people to come to the Lord by just having known her. She was a light in this dim world that we live in today. My family and our ministry of HOPE Outdoors Arkansas has been truly blessed by having her and her family in our lives. We are so very thankful to have had the pleasure of being with her on outdoor events and being with her family and seeing the fun side of Jessica as well as the serious side. We know that she is flying with the most Ginormous Angel wings ever made and that she has a brand new body. But most of all we are comforted by knowing that she is now with the King of all Kings, and Lord of all Lords, Jesus. May God be with all who knew her and be comforted.
Blessings<><

I have been following Sweet Jessica's journey on CB for some time now but never written. I've prayed for your sweet "baby bear" and was truely heart broken when Jessica finally earned her wings. She worked so hard.
May this time be filled with beautiful memorys of Jessica, and sweet smells that so remind you of her.
Stay strong knowing she is healthy again and running, on 2 legs.

Teresa & family ~ I am at a loss for words...I know my "spunky" lil' friend is running in the Heavens, playing with ALL the aminals with two legs and is pain free, but my heart aches for you guys. No parent should have to endure what you watch for the past 4 weeks, but your amazing FAITH shone through all of it. You amazed me everyday with your strength and I know the prayers carried you through. I believe in the power of prayers!! I pray that you feel God's loving arms around you in the next few days and weeks ahead. We love you all!

Dear Jessica's family you all are in my thoughts and prayers. And although today will be such a hard day for you I hope you find some peace in knowing that hundreds/thousands of people are praying for you and remembering what a strong, loving, outgoing girl Jessica was and how many people she truly touched.

I pray for the Lord to bring you the strength, comfort and peace you need each and every day. Although I did not know Jessica personally, I do know that she was a beautiful person. I believe that she is fully healed in heaven and is singing and dancing in His glory. May God be with you always,

Jessica, what a inspiration you have been to me, even though we never met. You were wise beyond your years and taught me much for being so young. Your outlook on life was incredible.

I have followed Jessica's journey the last couple of months and feel like I become to know her. She's seems to be such a lovely little girl and I am quite sure running those streets of Gold in Heaven with 2 legs as you say. Just remember you will meet her again, real soon.
Thank you for sharing Jessica with me. Following your daily journal has opened my eyes when it comes to my life with my kids. I will never again take a moment with them for granted. I will forever remember your family in my prayers. May God bless you and keep you, may his light shine upon your face.
I am heart broken for your family, but I'm glad Jessica is finally free from pain. I've read her journal entries for many months. I always looked forward to Jessica's animal stories. I can't tell you how many times those made me laugh. I'm still trying to figure out how she trained a possum! To be able to draw animals to you the way she did is a sure sign of a pure, honest loving heart of gold. I admire and respect that ability. You all continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.
Though I never knew Jessica personally, I was drawn to her Caringbridge site on a daily basis to pray for this young, beautiful girl. Having lost loved ones to cancer, I feel the need to pray for those struggling and touched by this disease. My prayer is that Jessica's family finds peace and comfort knowing their sweet girl is FREE and enjoying all the many blessings of Heaven! Thank you to Jessica's Mommy who so faithfully updated her Caringbridge site to keep others informed. You have been an inspiration to me as well! May God bless your family today and tomorrow as you prepare to say goodbye to Jessica's earthly body. I know tomorrow's tribute will be beautiful. I'm hoping you will have some pictures to share for those of us who live in another State and can't attend. Believe me, if I lived near, I would be there! Again, may God richly bless your lives today and always. God speed.
In all your ways, acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

While I only "knew" Jessica from the CaringBridge site, I feel as if I've lost a young friend. She was a blessing with her unfailing faith and beautiful outlook on life. I pray for her family and stand secure in the knowledge that she is now completely healthy and whole in heaven with our Lord. It is only us here on earth that now grieve. She was a bright beacon of light in a dark world, and now she shines with health in her new home.
I was very sad to learn of your loss. I have been following Jessica's story on Caring Bridge for months. She was certainly a brave little girl. I am sure your hearts are broken as you continue on without her earthly presence. There will be many prayers said for your family. God Bless!
I have been following Jessica's journey for sometime now. She has been an inspiration to me. I am happy that she is now made whole again, but at the same time, I am so sorry for your family. The last ride for Jessica that you have planned is truly a wonderful thing. I know it will mean so much to you.
You do not know me but I've followed Jessica on Caring Bridge for some time now. She captured my heart the first time I read about her! Your whole family did! I am so sorry for your loss! Although I never got the chance to meet you Jessica and your loving family, I feel like I knew ya'll all along. I have been keeping up with you through Caringbridge. You have touched so many lives while you were here on earth. Now you are dancing in the arms of God. My 5 year old son also has cancer. He has two more years of weekly chemo and appointments. We have come to realize that cancer is just a part of God's plan for Noah's life. It is hard and a struggle everyday when I am not able to take away the pain to make Noah feel better. To Jessica's family: Just know that ya'll wil always be in our prayers everyday.
Jessica I only knew you through the loving eyes of your parents and the videos Sinjin made. What I saw wa a remarkable young lady. So many of you young people with this dreaded disease , cancer, show phenomenal amounts of strength and faith. You help us that are left behind carry on in your honor. You will be greatly missed but have left your mark on this world. looking forward to meeting you in our eternal home. Rest in peace dear girl..Paula
Dear Family

Although I never had the honor of meeting Jessica in person, I feel as though she became a dear friend through CaringBridge. She had such a wonderful spirit, so very brave and yet so gentle...a remarkable outlook on life for one so young. I will miss hearing about her through daily updates, and I look forward to meeting her in Heaven one day. God bless you all and I'll keep fighting for Childhood Cancer awareness in Jessica's honor.

I followed ^Jessica^ on her CB site until she earned her wings :)
May God keep her in his loving arms forever, now.
Dear Jessica,
I love you a lot, and I'm going to miss you, but I am thankful to the Lord that you are in a better place. In fact, you are the best place, and I know that the joy you are experiencing with God exceeds anything we can experience here on Earth. I'm thankful that our hope is not this world, but in the next, and likewise, I am very thankful to have known you. God used you on Earth, and that is the best thing that can be said about a person. You are a blessing.

Dear Easley family,
While I do not know you personally, I feel I have a connection through my daughter Kara Norton Caldwell, who had the honor of having Jessica at summer camp. She has cried many tears for your beautiful daughter and it makes my heart ache for all of you. I know the loss you are feeling. We lost our oldest son very suddently almost ten years ago, so please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and as a mother and parent, I know she will be in your thoughts every day. With love and Christian friendship.....Joyce Norton
Jessica - you were such a bright and beautiful girl who was so brave. You were an inspiration to me and I will always think of you when I need to be inspired. I pray that whenever I have to face tough times that I do it with the same dignity and grace you showed.
Katie - I'm an only child so I don't know what it is like to have a sister but if I did have one, I would want her to be just like you! I admire the way you did things with Jessica and for Jessica. I imagine you did things TO Jessica, too, but I'm sure that is all part of being a big sister. You have a special place in my heart and I will always keep you in my prayers.
Teresa and Dan - I cannot imagine! I cannot imagine what you have gone through these past three years. I cannot imagine what you have gone through these past few weeks. And I certainly cannot imagine losing my child. What I can imagine, though, is Jessica healthy and bossing everyone around in Heaven and taking care of the Heavenly animals! I can imagine her meeting up with my daddy, Tiffany Still, Katie Ford, Chloe, and all the others who have gone before her. I can imagine her infectious smile and big bright eyes lighting up the place.
My heart aches for you, Easley family. I count it as an honor that I had the opportunity to meet you and get to know you. Thank you for sharing Jessica with us. You remain in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Janice

Teresa and family,
I wanted to say how very sorry I am for your loss. Jessica was a wonderful little girl and will be greatly missed. God bless you all.
Glenda (SCMC Radiology)
Teresa and family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Jessica was a wonderful little girl who fought a long courageous battle and touched everyone she ever met. Speaking for myself; and probably most of the adult population; I don't think any one of us could have been as brave and courageous as Jessica. I remember working with you here at the hospital and you talking of your children and how much you love them. Take comfort in knowing that she is no longer in pain and that you'll see her again one day. I'm here anytime you want to talk. May God bless all of you is my fervent prayer.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica at ACH. Her smile and energy is something that I have never forgotten and will never forget. I was amazed by her positive outlook and determination when she told me, "I will be swimming, by the end of the summer!" And she did!!!! God Bless the entire family. There is one special angel watching out for you today!
I will always remember her coming in the video store everyday and that giggly smile and buying candy, she put smiles on alot of the costumers faces with her giggling.. Jessica you will be missed and we love you sweetie... Your in a great place sitting by the Lord himself.....My prayers are with you all...
Jeannie Rodgers
How fortunate I am to have known Jessica and your whole family. Thank you for letting me be a part of her care at ACH. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
