Jim Scroggins, 54, of Arlington, TX, passed away Thursday July 2, 2009 at Arlington Memorial Hospital in Arlington. He was a member of the Elks Lodge #2114 in Arlington. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cordie Stone and is survived by his father, James H. Scroggins of West Memphis, AR; his wife, Anne McCoy Scroggins of Arlington, TX; his daughter, Elizabeth Scroggins of Arlington, TX; his brother, Alan Scroggins of West Memphis, AR and three sisters, Norma Russell of Middleton, TN, Brenda Lancaster of Marion, AR and Lisa McAlister of Marion, AR. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society. Visitation will be Tuesday July 7, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, AR with the service Wednesday July 8, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. in the funeral home chapel and interment in Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, AR.
