The memorial service will be Thursday,
Bonnie's friendship was such a blessing to me. She was a ray of sunshine to everyone she met and she will always have a special place in my heart. You all are in my thoughts and prayers daily.
Dear Paul, Virgil and I want you to know how very sorry we are about your loss of Bonny. I remember seeing her at at least two of our Alumni Banquets and she was certainly a beautiful person. She was always smiling. We know you miss her deeply and our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this difficult time. Bonny was one of the kindest and most wonderful people I have ever known. I was privileged to work with Bonny at UAMS in the Department of Surgery for eight years. She was a joy to be around and always consistent in caring and helping people. Her home and garden reflected her gentle, kind spirit. We will miss her greatly.
I will miss you.
Your Friend, Paul Spencer

My Dearest Ms. Mittie - You and our dear Bonnie's husband are in my prayers. I saw you for so many months at the Expo Center until I had so many health problems and couldn't get out. Ms. Bonnie was such a gracious and kind lady and your delicious baked things became our favorites. I enjoyed talking to you both and looking at the lovely things she created. Much love to you and know that she is certainly in our Father's house and there are many stars in her crown. Sue Culver
I did not have the privilege of knowing Mrs. Wallace, but from everything I've read and heard she was a wonderful woman. My father, Thomas George, does know her husband and he was very upset to hear the news. Our thoughts and prayers to your family.
May God be with you at this most difficult time. She will truly be missed at UAMS.
Mrs. Enloe and family - My prayers and condolences go out to you and your family. Bonny was married to my cousin Lee and I will always remember what a joy Bonny was at our family gatherings. God Bless You All Kay Richardson

Until today, when I saw Bonnie's picture in the obituary, I did not know that Bonnie, the jewelry lady and a regular visitor to the VA, was Bonnie, my old schoolmate. I am saddened that we did not recognize each other and I did not have the chance to talk with her about friends we knew & share family stories. My prayers are with you. God Bless.

Dear Paul & Miss Mittie: Bonny was a beautiful, special lady and she will be deeply missed by everyone. I know there are no words to ease your pain but I hope it brings you some comfort to know that Bonny's legacy will live on thru her many accomplishments and creations. Personally, I will never wear one of her beautiful designs without thinking of her contagious laugh and genuine smile. I'll miss her monthly visits to the VA, along with Paul's silly jokes and Mittie's wonderful baking. The three of you always brightened my day. My thoughts & prayers are with you and your family. - Cyndi

Paul and family, I wish I could be with you Thursday as comfort and support but I will be out of town. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. I share your pain. A greater loss there could not be.
Dear Paul, Mittie and the rest of your family, our harts and prayers are with you at this troubled time as well as the days to come. A light that shined bright on earth is now dark, but will shine brighter than ever in heaven. Look at the night sky and you shall see her light shining bright, guiding our thoughts to a more peaceful place. Jane Wood and Kenneth Jones
Paul and Miss Mittie: When I began buying all my wonderful jewelry from Bonny I didn't expect to make a new friend but how could you not love her! She was the warmest, friendliest person I ever knew - and Miss Mittie, she got that from you. I grew to know and love all three of you and I will miss visiting with you as much I miss Bonny. Words are simply inadequate to express my sadness and anger over her death, and my heart being broken for you both. But know that, not only is your family there for you now, Bonny is there - she's watching down and wants you to carry on her memory. She was an angel on Earth and God is blessed to have her now in Heaven. I love you both. Laura Epnett VA Hospital

Paul: Bonnie was my friend for at least 25 years. I loved her dearly. We worked in the old SICU burn unit when the one at ACH was just a dream. Since then, both of us have concentrated on research in medicine. Bonnie was so wonderful and had such integrity. She worried so about you, but did not let is show. I hope to see you at the funeral. We will be making an award in Bonnie's name for integrity in research. I would like to discuss it with you.
May God keep us all close to Him.
All our love to Bonnie an outstanding student at UALR
