Vance Lynn Richardson of Southside, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at his home.
Vance was the son of the late William Richardson of Batesville, Arkansas and the late Wilma Meeks of Wynne, Arkansas.
Vance attended Batesville High School and was the supervisor for White River Poultry Service for many years. Vance was always up for a good time and loved spending time with his family and friends. Vance was a pool shark, won many shuffle board tournaments, always up for a good card game, a little karaoke and some dancing. He was also a great cook and enjoyed cooking for his family and for the events at the American Legion Jenkins Henderson Post 114 and VFW Post 4501.
Survivors include his wife, Billie Richardson of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Deonna West and Ronnie West of Ocala, Florida and four grandchildren, Reece and McKenna West of Ocala, Florida and Alec and Olivia West of Omaha, Nebraska; one brother, Billy Richardson (Mary) of Newark, Arkansas and several nieces, nephew and many friends.
Vance was preceded in death by his father, mother and two brothers, Gary Richardson of Newport, Arkansas and Ricky Richardson of Wynne, Arkansas.
The family plans to hold a private memorial.

Vance loved shooting pool and loved to have a good time; shot many pool games with him at the legion. He loved making people laugh and had a very good heart.
