Greg, my prayers and condolences for you and your family
God Bless and keep you is my prayer.
So, sorry to hear about the loss of such a wonderful person. He will always be remembered by many.
Mr. Angel was a big influence in my teen years. I was employed at Angel's Food Market through the GCE program run by Harold Valentine at Searcy High. It was my first "real" job. I learned so much working there from Mr. Angel. He ran a store where you could keep a tab, he would deliver, and he would check up on people when needed. He loved watching the Razorbacks on a small TV that he kept by the registers on Saturdays. When business was slow, he made many wooden crafts that he gave away. Mr. Angel and Nelda were always ready with smile and a laugh as both were very sharp. My condolences to the family.
Condolences to Gene Angel and the Angel Family. Gene lived a long and impactful life. He leaves a great legacy with his children and grandchildren. God bless.
GREG- YOU DAD WAS AVERY SPECIAL PERSON TO ME. IT WAS A HONOR GETTING TO KNOW HIM. ALWAYS FRIENDLY SMILE AND HUMBLE WAY. HE WAS ONE OF A KIND. SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.

Love and hugs to Greg and family and Rick and family.
My sincere sympathy to all the Angel family. I was a part of the high school group that remained friends for many years and got together often. We are dwindling away.
Mr. & Mrs. Angel two of the the finest people I’ve ever known. My Condolences to the entire family.
I uses to love going in the store sending prayers for family
We loved Gene. When we came to Searcy in the seventies, he and Nelda were so good to us and always greeted us with a smile. I think they touched many lives with their kindness. May he rest in peace. He certainly deserves.
The Lundays
The last man in our gang of twelve has gone to meet up with the others. Only two of us ladies still here now. We had great times together and cared about each other. Rest in Peace, my friend.
