To the family of Mrs. Lola, I am just now learning of her passing. Please accept my condolences. I worked at CHDC in the classroom next door to her more than 20 years. I was a member of 1st Baptist Damascus when Nancy married Billy and knew the children as well. Carol Ann was my
oldest's age & Lola & I often visited about Carol Ann and others. She was a warm, caring, kind, & loyal lady. She also had a joyous laugh & loved her family with a big heart. Her wisdom had an impact on me & I am grateful God let me know her.

Lola was a delightful lady! We loved serving the Wesley United Methodist Church and seeing Lola sitting in "her spot" during worship. It was a joy to have her in Sunday School and an honor to be a part of the service for J.A. Our lives are blessed to have known Lola and her husband.
