Mary Ellen (Tidmore) Hall, 85, of Batesville passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024.
Born June 11, 1938 in Grubbs, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Jess Marvel Tidmore and Martha Jane (Weatherford) Tidmore.
Mary was a member of the Church of Christ. She worked in various capacities including selling Studio Girl and Avon, working as a clerk for Cleburne County Sheriff and tax collector, Pat Warren, as a sales clerk at Gibson's Department Store and as an assembler at White Rodgers.
In later years, she was introduced to the antique business where she had her hands full as a travel companion and bookkeeper always trying to keep F.F. straight.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jess Belmont (JB) Tidmore; and her husband of 61 years, Farrell Hall.
She is survived by her three daughters, Lynne Williams King (Allen), Laura Cornett (Wayne), Lolita Rush (Mark); four grandchildren, Amanda Williams, Aron Cornett (Jessica), Jordan Bostian (Jamie), and Halle Henderson (Jake); three great-grandchildren, Gavin Cornett, Beck Cornett, and Ridge Bostian with two more on the way.
Visitation is from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 with service immediately following at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home Chapel in Batesville with Don Babb officiating.
Burial will be in Concord Cemetery at Concord, Arkansas under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Cornett, Mark Rush, Allen King, Aron Cornett, Jake Henderson, and Jamie Bostian.
Honorary pallbearers are Gavin Cornett, Beck Cornett, and Ridge Bostian.

Your mom was a very sweet and kind lady. We occasionally gave her a ride to church when she lived at Wildwood Independent Living. She loved to go to church and her devotion was obvious. Our deepest condolences to you Lynne, and your family.
