Lisa ''WeWe'' Louise Pinegar, 52, of Moro, Arkansas passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023. She was born on Friday, November 19, 1971 to David Webb and Carolyn Davis Webb in Marianna, Arkansas.
She is survived by her father, David Webb of Marianna, Arkansas; significant other, Chris Woodyard; one son, Joshua Pinegar (Tori) of Moro, Arkansas; one daughter, Samantha Northcutt (Zack) of Moro, Arkansas and three granddaughters, Harper Northcutt, Chloe Northcutt, Scarlett Nothcutt; two brothers, Mark Webb (Kim) of Marianna, Arkansas and Brian Webb of Southaven, Mississippi; one sister, Deneen King of Marianna, Arkansas and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Webb.
Lisa was a very loving mother and grandmother. She cared for all people. She taught what life was about, how to love and take care of things. She would always put other's needs in front of herself. Lisa was a nurse for 28 plus years and was well known by all in this Tri-County area. She loved her baby, Kaden (dog). She loved hunting and decorating. She had impeccable taste for clothing, make-up and perfume.
Pallbearers will be J.D. Dilks, Caleb Hawkins, Ray King, Zack Northcutt, Christopher Woodyard and Joshua Pinegar.
Services for Lisa will be held Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna, Arkansas at 2:00 P.M. with Brother Mike Holcomb officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will follow services at Oak Grove Cemetery in Moro, Arkansas.

Lisa was a great nurse and a very good person in general. I remember Lisa took real good care of my mom, when she was sick and made sure her needs were met. Lisa will be truly missed. Prayers lifted for all the family and love ones.
