Sondra J Rizman, age 81, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away January 8, 2022, in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Sondra was born April 5, 1940, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

In the past, Sondra worked in custodial industries such as healthcare, education, as well as owning her own business. She dearly loved caring for the elderly in nursing homes and providing special touches such as painting fingernails and fixing hair. She even experienced driving a semi-truck.

Her more recent interests included listening to country music, reading the daily newspaper, cuddling with her dog, Ruffie, and enjoying the beautiful flowers in her front yard. She also enjoyed her friends from her Sunday School class at First Baptist Church of Sherwood.

Sondra's main passion was her family, who she loved to the moon and back.

Sondra is survived by her brother Bill and sister Shelley; two daughters Cindy (Rick) Hill, Tracey (Geoff) Bennett; four grandchildren Sara (Braden) Brooks, Matthew Bennett, Tanner (Bailey) Hill and Logan Hill; one amazing great grandson Kolton Brooks; and special friend Jamie Loomis.

A memorial visitation will be held Monday, January 10, 2022, at 2:00 PM, with a service at 3:00 PM at Roller-Owens Funeral Home on JFK in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Donations may be made in lieu of flowers, in Sondra's name to Station 3 of the Sherwood Fire Department; Local 4756, Sherwood Fire Association; Attention: Barry Mills.
