Susan Ann (Zimmer) Jones, 73, a resident of Paris, passed away Friday, November 12, 2021, in Van Buren.
She was born January 21, 1948, in Paris, to the late Edward Joseph Zimmer and Georgette Francis (Beshoner) Zimmer. Susan retired from Warren's Shoes in Paris after numerous years of service. She was a member of Faith Pentecostal Church of God in Paris where she loved to sing. In Susan's spare time she loved sewing, crocheting and most of all spending time with her family, especially grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, James Harold Jones.
Survivors include two daughters, Denise Forst and husband, Doug of Scranton and Christy Clark and husband, Kelly of Greenwood; two stepdaughters, LaDonna Hart and husband, Phil of Mobile, Alabama and Sherry Blackaby and husband, Eldon of Rogers; ten grandchildren, Tori Forst, Trace Forst, Jackson Bridges, Addison Bridges, Jared Clark and wife, Christy, Cameron Clark, Chasity Clark, Kurt Blackaby, Patrick Greene and wife, Tina and Carla Green Howard; seven great grandchildren; a brother, Edward Joseph Zimmer, Jr. and wife, Mary of Fort Smith; a sister, Linda Harding and husband, Dewey of Claremont, Florida and a sister-in-law, Betty Perez of California and a special aunt, Celestine Lucas of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 14, 2021, at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.
The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 15, 2021, at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with Bro. Ted Metlock officiating. Burial will follow in Horne Cemetery in Midway under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Pallbearers will be Doug Forst, Trace Forst, Kelly Clark, Jackson Bridges, Kurt Blackaby and Eldon Blackaby. Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Frank Warren, Billy Jim Warren, Ray Black, Dale Galbreath, Patrick Green and the staff of The Gardens at Memory Lane Alzheimer's Care in Van Buren.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Susan. I remember going into the Warren's Shoe Box when I would be in town and seeing Susan she always had such a beautiful smile on her face. She always could find me shoes for my daughter. She would always ask about everyone in Michigan. And would tell me about everyone on her side of the family. Such a wonderful cousin. Rest in peace Susan.

I am just reading this and am so sorry for your loss, I wish we could attend but Everett and I both are not feeling well. I have COPD and bronchitis is working on me, Everett is having some Diabetes issues. Our prayers are with you.
