Gloria, just read of Butch's going to join his childhood running buddy, Ron Hearon. Ron respected,thought a lot of him and considered him a dear friend. I'm sure you don't remember me, but you were both very lovable people who welcomed me into your lives. Dear Gloria; So many years have gone by... Remember me? Patsy Word... we use to run around with Bobby Ward.. my husband was on his Pit Crew... You and Butch came to Albuquerque and Amarillo several times to race and watch races. I have pictures of Butch and his race car... aww goes back to 63&64. I'm so sorry to hear about Butch. My thoughts and Prayers goes out to you and your family. Bobbilue sent me a message, that is how I heard.
