Gordon Patrick  Johnson
December 1, 1969 - June 3, 2012

Cheyenne

Memphis

Gordon helped me so much where we worked at Papa John's. We were closers and one time i asked him if he would just hold the door open for me and let some cold air in and he did. I wouldn't feel comfortable asking just anyone for that favor but he was always willing to help however he could. I was so sad to hear of his passing. Peace be with you, Gordon.

Little Gordon was such a kind-hearted person and he always made me laugh. He was much too young to depart this earth. My only solice is knowing that he is in the loving arms of Grandma Adams and that his burdens have been lifted. My prayers go out to all those who will miss his presence in their daily lives.

Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. It is so hard to lose a child. May he take the hand of Jesus and rest peaceful for evermore.

Gordon was a very pretty baby boy..I so remember his going thru the stages of beng a child and Graduating from high school then joining the work force..I've heard so many say he was a good manager in the grocery business...We celebrated holidays most of the time at his maternal grandparent for many years, so I was around him durng his formatve years. Those were the good days, and my mother reminded..us about it from time to time...Gordon, even thou I only saw you occasionally after graduation, you remained a part of my life, and it was great memory...Hope you get with your grandparents and others who have preceeded you, and have a joyous time in Heaven...Love you, and will always hold your memory in my heart....I pray for those left here on earth, as we all will pay the priice and join you one day...We are sad, but we must understand you are in a much better place....Your Aunt "NANA" (Nell)

I wish to extend my condolences to the family at this time. May you be comforted by the promise of the resurrection and the knowledge that soon death will be no more and never again will we have to bury our loved ones. God makes this wonderful promise to us at Isaiah 25:8 where it states that he will "swallow up death forever." I hope you find solace in these words.
